In the Accounts module, you can view all your accounts at a glance: current, savings, term and third-party accounts. Thanks to the consolidated overview, users with different contracts get an overview of all contracts with the corresponding balance. The new search functionality also allows you to search for transactions with the help of various filters. You can download statements, open online accounts and download CODA and XML reports.

Payments

In this module you have various options for managing your European and international payments: single transfers, bulk transfers, import transfer files, standing orders and direct debits as debtor or creditor. Ensure timely payment with urgent bank transfers, instant money transfers, or memo transfers. Save your payments or sign them immediately, according to your defined limits, with one or two people and save time by signing multiple transactions together. Download the details of a payment, including the ones of the day itself (intraday), directly in a PDF file. Easily keep an overview of beneficiaries, mandates, collections and your invoices in Zoomit.

Cards

In the Cards module,  you can order your credit cards online. You can also consult and search all the cards in your company: credit and debit cards, cash deposit cards and entry cards. You can change the limits of your credit cards online. You can also block or unblock a credit card, or replace it immediately, for example in case of loss or theft. Address details for credit cards can also be easily managed and you can close credit cards.

Credits

The module Credits allows you to manage all your professional credits in one place. You can apply and manage for the following types of credit: a credit for social and fiscal charges, Bonifisc credit, an instalment loan for the financing of a new or second hand vehicle or your professional material and finally a leasing solution to finance new vehicles.

Investments

In this module, you will have access to your investment portfolio with the following functionalities: consult orders and transactions, evaluate your portfolio, and search for market information on shares and savings certificates, for example.

Administration

The Administration module allows you to easily manage different administrative tasks. Each user can change their business contact information for each available contract. A contract manager can manage the rights of the different users of the contract and decide which modules they can access. It is also possible to request and configure CODA reporting as well as to request, complete and consult documents.
