Easy and secure login

The first time you use the app on a new device, you have to link it with Easy Banking Business to establish a secure connection.

After you have done this, the app will recognise your device, so that you only need to use your mobile PIN to log in. After prior activation on your mobile device, fingerprint will be available for Android and Touch ID and Face ID are available for iOS.

In Easy Banking Business on your computer you can consult the list of connected devices and delete devices. This way you keep the overview and control of Easy Banking Business Mobile on your mobile devices.

Initiate European transfers

 

You can initiate European transfers between your own accounts, to saved and new beneficiaries.

After entering the transfer information, you can save the transfer or sign it directly.

  • You can save a transfer with any amount.
  • When signing a transfer, in addition to your existing signing rules, mobile transaction limits apply. If you exceed your limit, you can save the transfer on the app and sign it on Easy Banking Business on your computer.

Sign tasks

You can consult tasks to sign and sign them easily with your 5-digit mobile PIN. You cannot sign tasks with fingerprint or Face ID.

Which tasks can I sign in the app?

The app allows you to sign single European transfers, international transfers, transfer files, standing orders and (un)block or close credit cards.

Signature requests for bulk transfers, credits and other tasks can only be signed on your computer.

Tasks and alerts

In addition to signing tasks the app, you can consult the details of other tasks you need to complete on the Easy Banking Business website (e.g. bulk payments, credit requests, etc.).

You can keep track of events needing your attention (e.g. rejected transactions or professional loan withdrawals that approach their expiry date) and take the necessary actions in due time.

You can also activate push notifications, to be alerted even when you are not logged in.

How to get started?

  1. Login to Easy Banking Business on your computer;
  2. Download the app on your mobile device from the iOS App Store or the Google App Store;
  3. Launch Easy Banking Business Mobile, click on “Get started” and follow the instructions.

Register your device

Requirements to get started

  1. You are using an iPhone, iPad, Android smartphone or tablet with a working camera.
  2. The location of your phone is set to an EU country, so that you download the app from a EU country-based App Store.
  3. You already use Easy Banking Business on your computer.
  4. Your contract manager has authorized you to access the contract on mobile devices. If your company does not have a contract manager to enable mobile usage you must appoint a contract manager within your organisation.
