In the Cards module you manage all cards within your company. You can order credit cards online and change credit card limits. You can also block or unblock a card online.

A new function was added to the Easy Banking Business Cards module that allows you to order new professional credit cards online yourself. As a user of Easy Banking Business, you must have the appropriate user rights.
You can replace credit cards online, for example in case of loss or theft. If necessary, the card will be blocked immediately.
Easily manage the address details of each credit card. You can also add a mobile phone number and an e-mail address of the cardholder. You will also be notified when a card is approaching its expiry date, so you can check the address details before the automatic renewal of the card.
Adjust the limits of your credit card(s) online. Choose between a temporary or permanent modification of your limit. A temporary limit increase has a maximum duration of 45 days. Limit modifications start immediately or a bank business day later, depending on the time of application. Temporary limit modifications will be made within two working days of the request. An increase of the limit to more than € 5 000 requires approval by the bank.
You can block or unblock a credit card online, for example in case of loss.
Credit cards can also be closed in Easy Banking Business, whenever you want.
The module Cards in Easy Banking Business lists all cards within your company and shows them to users with the correct profiles. The following cards are included in the overview:
Define in which countries your credit cards can be used and if online usage is allowed.
For each type of card, you can consult additional information. For credit cards, for example, you can search or review the history of transactions up to 18 months. For other cards, you can see which services are linked to the card, or view the banking products for which it can be used to print statements. Search by date of a transaction remains standard, but it is now also possible to search by closing date.
