Grouped overview of all your contracts

If you have more than one contract in Easy Banking Business, an overview of these contracts with their corresponding balances will be displayed once you have logged in. If you hover over the balance, the sub-total is displayed per currency. On this screen, you can also search for companies or accounts via the search function. From this grouped overview, you can navigate to a contract of your choice.

Once you have selected a contract, the drop-down list in the menu allows you to switch between companies or contracts. By clicking on Administration, you can manage the user rights and other elements of the contract.

An intuitive and powerful search functionality

The updated search functionality allows you to select one or more accounts or groups of accounts, and to set different search criteria and filters. This will enable you to perform a very precise search for specific transactions. You can filter by date, amount or counterparty. The results can be sorted by amount or date.

Consult your history

Each search result can be downloaded in the form of a pdf or csv file. Each download is saved and can be found under ‘transaction download history'. For a complete overview of your accounts, you can request CODA reporting. Finally, Easy Banking Business allows you to download your bank statements in pdf format.

Payment terminal

If you have a Worldline payment terminal, you can consult your globalized transactions. You can view a daily detailed report of your banking transactions. The details can be downloaded in a CSV file.

All your accounts in one location

The Accounts module of Easy Banking Business gives you access to your current, savings and term deposit accounts. If you are a notary, lawyer or bailiff, you can also access and manage your third-party accounts in Easy Banking Business.

Check your accounts on your smartphone

Easy Banking Business Mobile gives you access to your current and savings accounts. You can consult the transactions of the last 6 months and see any transaction that is pending (e.g. waiting for execution if you don’t have sufficient funds in your account).

If you are a notary, lawyer or bailiff, you can also access your third-party accounts.
