In the Administration module, each user can change their business contact information. A contract manager can manage users' signature and access rights as well as access CODA reporting and other documents.
A contract manager can add or remove users via the Administration module of Easy Banking Business. He can also easily replace an access card or request a new card reader.
In addition, this module allows a contract manager to assign specific rights to the different users of the contract. For example, user A can access all the cards in the contract, while user B can access an overview of all investments and credits in the company. Furthermore, a contract manager may establish signing rules for transfers. For example, it may be indicated that a user can sign transfers up to a certain amount, but needs an additional signature for larger amounts.
CODA reporting can be requested online: it allows you and your users to receive daily coded statements for certain accounts. In the Administration view, a contract manager can choose the accounts for which he or she needs CODA reporting. He can also terminate the editing of reports on certain accounts.
In Administration you can request several documents (for example: bank certificate for the use of the auditor).
It is also possible to receive an overview of the various documents to be completed and signed, such as the Identification of a company's Ultimate Beneficial Owners, the ID Card Update form, MSCQ and the FATCA/AEOI form. Furthermore, you can sign these documents with itsme®.
